I have always had a love for ceramics and this is where my excitement for sculpture originated. I enjoy working with clay, it has very few limitations making my creativity almost endless. I design a form or vessel using a raku clay, aiming to create a finish without the use of glazes, by applying a small amount of oxides I can create a natural weathered look to each piece. I am always experimenting and pushing the creative boundaries to find new finishes for my work.
